all the blood and insulin stuff milos has been doing will give him some extra size (capillary growth, sarcoplasm and shuttle), but the dense thick muscle was created by heavy training.

despite all this the only way joj will be a factor is if the top 10 don't show up.

all he has to worry about is Troy and Chris Cormier (In montreal) the rest of the guy's he's beat before

I predict that Milos will bring JOJ in the best shape of his life with a level of separation and detail he never had before

About upper body, Joel Stabbs is 1000 better than Johnnie also.

That pretty much is the same for all bodybuilders. Build a better back, get better legs etc...

i actually think milos will help him with his legs, seeing as his biggest issue is training them too heavy.

i predict that legs will be joj's biggest improvement and it will be thanks to milos.

Just remember everyone keeps bashing hime for whatever, but you can never judge anyone till they step onstage. Look he has WON a pro show before so he can not be to bad a competitor, how many guys go their whol carrer and never win a contest.

i guess we're focusing too much on what he's going to bring to the o.

the fact that joj is an awesome competitor is beyond dispute, but when i think coleman physique, joj kind of melts away.

i wish him all the luck in the world. the more competition the better. it's about time some of these also-rans stepped up.
