i swear, people make bodybuilding so much more complicated than it has to be. All that kid had to do was slightly increase his calories and do this routine:
monday: deads, pullups and bicep curls
tuesday: abs and cardio
wednesday: flat benches, shoulder presses and overhead tricep extensions
thursday: abs and cardio
friday: squats, stiff legged deads and calf raises
saturday: cardio
sunday: rest
Instead, he followed FLEX's advice, overtrained, gained a bunch of fat and is no better than where he started, cuz he's gonna lose any mas he gained getting rid of all that fat. He might not have anything close to great genetics, but fuck... ITS NOT THAT HARD!
