Question is: are you ok?

When it happened to me I was too stunned to know I was hurt until later. I went to the doc for the pain and got x-rays and a mri to find the herniated disc in my neck.

If you feel any pain that has nothing to do with your workout get it looked at soon.

-i tore my hamstring 6 weeks out of the masters nats last year
