Pumpster is right

from pushups to tuck planche push ups to straddle planche push ups to planche pushups to maltese pushups  and then get on the rings and really see what your made of

this will build a way better physique than bench pressing, that's for damn sure.

Don't you live on the East side?

Everyone else goes to NYSC or Equinox, but Mr. pumpster chooses to stay in his studio and do squats on his bowflex..  ::) Everyone's out jogging in central park while pumpster walks on his treadmill.. hahaha  :D

Me and Hedge (the real mods of the Training board) had a nice discussion about my twice a day training at a REAL gym earlier today. You might want to check that thread out, but then again, it's not about the Bowflex, so never mind  :)

Bluto is a funny guy, he has to constantly reinvent his personality just to give him new material to post.

I stopped using commercial gyms earlier this year, they are a waste of money and you end up getting a better workout when you are creative and make your own exercises up.  It's the difference between an Armani suit and a custom tailored one.
