Is 295 lbs for a double on barbell press decent weight, I've only been doing them again for 1 month now. I'm hoping I can get stronger soon.
big mal i believe u tho can i see a vid neway to look at ROM etc. greeat liftCT is is seated or standing. either way its a fantastic weight. what weight are u etc stats?
i believe that by goin to clavicle it works the shoulders. goin only to the nose/chin seems to 'tricepy' for me. also thr shoulder do brunt of work in bottom third of movement as opposed to teh tris.big man. i hit just 225lbs in weight lol tho at my height its not all that great
