No way 40 pounds and better conditioning.
Man your physique in that pic is in my eyes is bbing.
No way in hell you will be 40lbs heavier and better conditioned.
You guys need to take into consideration, that I was about 165 or so in that shot, and all exept for a few years, I trained heavy and fairly hard. In 2003 I was training for the Masters Nationals and was around 247lbs then I tore my left pec and basically took the wind out of my sail.
Now, I feel the time is right to give it one last shot, exept for a torn meniscus, I'm healthy. It's been 17 years since I competed, I'm bigger, I have more maturity and I have my head on straight. If I can't gain 40lbs of muscle in 20 or so years, then I have a big problem. So gaining that much with better conditioning isn't that far fetched. My goal has always been to gain muscle without losing symmetry.
I don't care what Milos says or anyother 'guru' for that matter, it takes A LONG TIME to put on quality muscle and I don't care what drugs are out there, there is NO magic potion for putting on hard earned quality muscle.......it takes time, alot of time!
