Boy, this SURE has been an interesting thread!

There are some great (non-pro) physiques here that I personally would choose over the Pro's anyways .... Mindspin, Fizbin, the Coach, Duzlboy, etc. I would never want to look like Jay or Ronnie.

Mindspin in his prime was very impressive! And he's still in great shape today.

Yeah this thread was supposed to be about the best physiques, but I never put up a picture to include myself in that debate. Like Mindspin said : Allot of good non pro physiques on here. But so few post their pictures. I rag on Squadfather because he is a non stop slam. I'd like to see the other side of him.
Same with SS. I don't know him and he does not know me. They have PMed me with nice comments.
But not on the boards. And SS someone PMed me about your avatar Handle ( SS ) I think we have something in common. PM me so I can find out. Like I said I was just defending myself with my pictures when I was flamed. I'm not trying to be involved with the best physique on here. I bust my ass in the gym
I don't take drugs ( AAS or otherwise ) you don't have to believe me but id be glad to take a blood test.
I don't even take Creatine. I even forget to take my protein shakes . Sometimes I wonder if I was a little more serious, what my physique could look like. Even though I've done allot of mag covers, I don't really enjoy that anymore. ( at one point I had pro tan on every other week ) You know what that does to your clothes and sheets ?? ( Grant would know ) He did quite a few covers himself . I Just love to train.!

I think mindspin has the best non-pro physique here, but I have NO DOUBT that in a matter of a few years, I will have an equal physique. I have the exact same lines, symetry & muscle shape. I just need to add more muscle.

symetry is something you either have or not. Anyone can build muscle. It just takes time and juice. I've got the symmetry, working on the muscle. But, for 16, I am insane.
