Wanting some opinions ......
on the healthier beers..which are best???amstel light???michelob ultra???any others???
Whats the best mixed drink for someone trying to keep a good physique..Gregg goose with no carb no sugar rockstar my fav
......AND WHAT ARE THE NEGATIVE EFFECTS ON ALCOHOL CONCERING MUSCLES AND ONES PHYSIQUE????
       besides just telling me that the beer has alot of carbs.....reason im asking is i get asked these ?'s more than anyother at the gym and training studio...what are yalls opnions...appreciate your time

If you're looking for a healthy beer try darker beers such as porters, stouts, etc.

I will be drinking Michelob Amber Bock tonight. Probably about 10 of them. Maybe more.

I think I used to go to the Bells bar at Western when I was seeing my buddies years ago. I don't drink too many micro-brews though.
