i wasnt a coke head in that picture. i hadnt even done ectasy yet.



and when i did first start doing cocaine, ihad already lost about 75 bs from dieting/exercise alone...then coke made me lose another 20; but it was probably 15 lbs of musce...then i must have lost another 10 lbs of muscle and put on on 20 lbs of fat while i was in rehab. since i got out f rehab...(beginnig of may) untille now i have gone from about 215 and 19% bf to  200 lbs and 13 %bf.






that picture motivates the hell out of me.  i have a fat picture on the front of my fridge too.  gotta stay hungry to stay hungry!!(feel me)
