Ok, she isnt that stupid. On the way back from the Europa Super Show, Miss North Carolina and Miss South Carolina were on our flight back to Burbank, and I sat next to her. She is 17 years old, pretty nice, quite bright, and knew a lot about various subjects. It was her first trip to Pasadena, where the event was held (same place as the 2007 Ironman).

One funny thing, when they got off the plane, both of them, before they got into the terminal, put on their sashes. And yes, I got a picture of them with the great emcee Lonnie Teper.
