Guess you missed the point.
Orchiectomy (removal of testicles) in trans children and adolescents is exceedingly rare.
I didn't miss the point. I'm saying the fact you don't think things like gender affirming care doesn't result in a upside down world is fine with me. You are obviously free to believe whatever you want.
As for me, and to put a finer point on it, this is the kind of thing that does in fact result in an upside down world:
- Giving a boy puberty blockers, with the end result being the kid having a little boy penis and balls when he becomes an adult.
- Amputating a peferctly healthy penis and balls.
- Giving a kid cross-sex hormones, resulting in sterility and an inability to have an orgasm.
- Creating a fake vagina that not only doesn't work like a real vagina, but that the body treats as open wound and continually tries to close, requiring it to be continually dilated.
I understand there are plenty of people in the country that are ok with this. I'm not. It's straight out of a horror movie. Frankenstein to be exact. And yes, this only happens in an upside down world. Who cares how rare it is? It shouldn't be happening at all.
