I'm interested in adding to my inner thighs a bit. I'm doing the adductor machine as well as wide stance squats on a smith. Any other suggestions?Just to be clear, I do more than that on leg day, but those are to simply target the inner thigh area.
I would personally use the legpress for working the outer thighs - feet close together on the board - squats with legs shoulder width an toes pointed slightly outwards would be my choice for inner thigh work.
