Haha...nice comeback.     You come down on Jay because he is a white BBer beating Coleman and for no other reason.  He was better than Coleman last year, period.  Missing a lat and a tricep, being distended and spilling over does not entitle you to an Olympia.  Look and the pictures through a GREY LENS and tell me I'm wrong.  Size for size sake does not an Olympia win.  Someone with an aesthetic physique should understand that or anyone bigger than YOU should be entitled to an automatic win.

The question should be  WHAT DID HE BRING TO THE TABLE ?
Did he further Pro-Bodybuilding ? or just his Real Estate assets?

For years the complaint has been Weider & Co. did not have the vision to select a "marketable" champion  (read blond and blue eyed) Now they have one.
But have things changed  - where is the BUZZZZ  for the upcoming Olympia Weekend.

If Cutler loses -- will he join the ranks of Zane & Co. as a one hit wonder ?

i have nothing against Jay, i thought he should have won back in 2001.  Last year i thought Ronnie had better muscularity, shape, symmetry, and vascularity then Jay, only thing Jay had on Ronnie, was that he was abit dryer, and had better thigh separation.

Ronnie will always beat Jay or most others on vascularity.  Being bloated to come in at 300 should be marked down.  Trying to outmuscle the competition without conditioning or dryness does not equal a win.  Again, missing a tricep and lat (which killed him in back poses) lost him the O because of symmetry issues.  Jay, having better conditioning than the former champ and having a better back than 01, gave him the win.

I have to agree with this, there's no buzz with Jay as the Mr O, when Ronnie had the title there was alot more buzz and interest in the sport.  I was expecting alot more from Jay with regards to promoting the sport, especially in other countries.  He needs to make more television appearances, commercials, talk shows etc.. Really what has Jay done in the past year to promote bodybuilding.

Wow I'm actually getting to Jay lol, all i said is that his legs look smaller.  I'm use to seeing his legs look big and full, he has some of the greatest legs in bbing history no doubt.  In that pic they look smaller, thats just my opinion. Jay is going to be subject to criticism, as he is now the #1 bber in the world.   As for me keeping Jay in the news, i shouldn't have to be the one who keeps him in the news, he should be able to do that on his own.   Again i have nothing against Jay, i think he has a great physique, i just happen to like Ronnie's physique better then Jay's, just like 1000's of other people do.

 i like ronnie too , but his physique AFTER last years O , at the smaller european shows is (IMHO) what truly fucked him up , pardon my french.


His physique regressed/degenerated YEARS  in just 2/3 weeks , i was shocked  .... I mean those shows just WRECKed him so badly


Cos you look at Ronnie at the O , like you said , he was DAMN GOOD , some think he mightve won ! a
couple percentage off from being 9x MR O , he was huuuge , just watery


If he had STOPPED at just the O ,and not done those shows after (contract baby) people wouldve had aloooot more faith in a coleman victory.In fact i think they wouldve still had coleman as the man to beat and nr 9 in many peoples minds would be a foregone conclusion
