Erik is far far far better than trey, Erik has awesome lines and nice muscle bellies.  Trey dosen't flow very good, just huge chunks of muscle, it dosen't really look that polished.  Erik has great mass on his quads and those freaky calves look great too.  But he looks good and pleasing.  Erik's physique is really polished and tight, Trey not so much.  That's my two cents.

HAHA, this thread has gotten way outta control!!!  This Erik kid does have a great physique but compared to Trey.....I'm going to go with NO!  Erik, nothing against you kid, but you are out of your league on this one!  No matter what anyone on this board thinks, if you put these two on stage there is not one judge in the world who would give the nod to Erik!

Right now, I would agree with you, but I think Erik has the potential to be competitive with Trey.  If they both keep at it, it will be cool to watch them over the next few years.

Trey is kinda like a young Mike Francois without the arms. Calves notwithstanding, Erik's overall aesthetics are a standout - he will kick some ass as a pro.

He didn't say that size is the only thing that matters, but it does matter.  Trey has it over Erik... for now.

Trey better than Erik??? Please.  That's like saying Kovacs is better than Levrone.  Apples and Oranges guys, Erik has tons of mass and looks like he has a superior physical condition.  Trey on the other hand looks like an unhealthy over drug user, he is not pleasing at all.  He reminds me of how branch is looking, which if any of you have an eye for bodybuilding, he doesn't look good.

Guys that have good aesthetics can and will do well (Flex, Kai Green) but you Erik fans need to remember something: this is not the Iron Age.  Bodybuilding today is not about things like “pleasing lines” and “flow.”  Those things used to be highly prized but that has not been the case in the last ten years.  Maybe it should be, but that is a subject for another thread. 

Sure, judges and fans like aesthetics but fans pay to see freaky size and that is what judges reward.  That is what Trey brings and as of now, that is why Trey gets the nod over Erik.  Erik has a sharpness to his physique that Trey lacks. If he can keep that sharpness as he gets bigger then he can beat Trey.  Otherwise, no.

Dude trey has only been in one competition. It is unfair to be comparing him to erik who is a pro. When and if trey turns pro then judge him against other pros

Brewer has no biceps peak (overall arm looks like shit) and nothing pops up out except his quads. Frame to mass ratio is more impressive on Funkhousen.

Trey is a LOT more marketable.  The teeth on the other guy are too unpleasant to look at.  They would have to Photoshop the hell out of those teeth on any promo pics the guy takes.

Those teeth can be fixed pretty easily. It's not cheap though.
A wide waist on the other hand is pretty hard to fix...
