Okay lets start to do something positive here folks...
Yesterday I was working out back and traps, I was just finished at the wide grip pulldown when I saw the guy beside me (around 33 big waist not very fit looking he maybe just joined) struggling beside me, he obviously used the T Bar completely wrong (you know when they pull it straight down without leaning a little backwards?)
First thing I though was...go over and help him, but I'm shy when it comes down to helping people in the gym, I don't want to be mistaken for the guy who shows of and tells everybody how to do the exercises (and god we have enough of these assholes were I train).
The Gym staff were standing around like the useless fucks they are, so I went to the watermachine instead and filled up my bottle...when I did that I said to myself... after that you go over and help him, do the right thing.
When I came back the guy was gone haven't seen him again, and I feel a little ashamed that I didn't help somebody who was in obvious need of a little guidance.
So let's do some good guys... I want you all to do only ONE good thing a day, it's up to you... help an old lady to cross the street, hold a door open for a stranger talk to a homeless guy and assure him that you care and that he's not alone... I don't care but do one good thing a day and post it here.
I concider this thread a success if i can get only one of you guys to do something nice and help somebody.
