I was always curious about hearing how much recovery time people give themselves because I usually give myself 2 days between lifting so;
Chest/Triceps, 2 days, Back, Bizeps, 2 Days, Shoulders, Legs, 2 days...etc...
Assuming you are natural, how much time do you give your self? I remember in the beginning working out 5 days a week with only 2 days off and I was just killing myself, making no progress and getting injuries and it took me a while to figure out my own rhythm but I did even though some people scoff at it it works well for me and I suppose the older I get the more recovery time I will need so that will only increase...anyway how much time do you take off inbetween lifting days. Also Iwould be interested in hearing from the juicers as well...
once again its obvious your mind is defeating your body.
no need to rest 2 days between workouts. your resting way too long before a muscle is worked again. specially as you have minimized overlap in your routine.
try a 5 day routine (3 day on one off, 2 one one off...repeat), or some other routine where you workout more frequently.
arms, legs,rest, chest,back,shoulders,rest
each session 45min. first couple of weeks will be a bitch..then body adapts and you will start making good gains.
you can do alot more than you think.
when you start working on triceps on another day than bench you will soon notice your bench numbers increasing...
