He has gotten leaner and i think added muscle since then. He is moving in the right direction.

But he still needs to drop a good 50 pounds before you can really tell where he needs to improve on.

the crazy part is that if you look at his old pictures, he WAS lean. did a contest if i remember and was diced. he did this on purpose, which is one thing if you're going glenn ross and aiming for strongman or PL comps, but he's still bodybuilding which just baffles me.

people need to view being overweight the same as being underweight....its psychological issues...yet people only seem to acknowledge that with anorexics for some bizarre reason....maybe this is cos there are so many fat people.

Please D.L. 5 dont get me started on fat people, i just came back from the gym, i had a cardio session, and i keep seeing the same fat socialite every fucken day hover from machine to machine talking to people, Fat bitch she should just commit suicide and save me the ordeal of having to see her Fat, no intensity having ass again....

LOL...how bad is the gym now....summer is approaching and out of nowhere a million people are working out making it unbearable to work at otherwise quiet times....these guys are idiots...they think a couple sets will get em in shape.... u get in shape for summer in the winter and autumn....they think a month or two of half assed work will get results...CLOWNS!

i know what you mean, its like when sept/Oct comes around and the weather heats up every body acts like there going to defy odds and have a killer body for there Christmas parties, I dont mind new people working out as summer is a great incentive but not this fat whore who is 5ft 150kgs and she parades around the the cardio area talking to her friends (mind you that very nice physiques) the bitch is a total eye sore, Cardio is hard enough, but having a lardass prance around makes it harder, thank the lord today i had this beautiful girl in front of me on the bike, and watching that ass bounce was glorious
