haha SHADDUP..Stupd ass at tmobile said my contact were there and they are not and I thought it was on my account on the lap top and now they arn't..FUCK I gotta do this shit manually

sometimes it is saved on the sd card.  At least that's where I back up mine.  That way no issues.  might want to check that.  Depeding on the phone you have check some android forums.  Genereally you unmount/mount the sd card in the settings menu and then conncet via usb to the computer.  It basically reads it as a thumbdrive.  Many times it is saved there as a .csv file

Last thing I can't figure out is the emails. I hooked up 2 of my accounts.. but when I'm in the inbox, I can only delete one at a time, is there a way to delete all at ones, same as sent mail

depends on what accounts you have.  I filter them all through gmail and can do it like normal.
