I've taken some of your advice, Adonis.. I do count calories now and it's been working just fine.. Starting to see seperation in my quads.
Don't like you personally, but I can't deny you credit where it's due. I am having greater results with calorie counting than I ever did with 300 g protein, low carb nonsense that was imprinted into my mind for so long.

Caloric restriction is NOT invented by adonis. Basically every dietist and a lot of people who diet use it.
Keeping a high protein uptake and a low carb intake, while reducing calories, generally gives you a better result (less muscle loss). Let's call this Faust's paradigm, shall we
