Yes, odd question I know.  But I was wondering, are there any methods to get rid of a pump?  Reason I ask is because for our IST we will be doing our running last, and due to having a decent pump from doing pushups, situps, and pullups, it really drains the legs when you run.  So to improve running times I figure the best method would be to see if there is a way to get rid of a pump quickly.  That said, anyone have some insight?
