I'm watching ERNIE TAYLOR train at temple gym with dorian with the sound turned down and jimi hendrix FOXY LADY on the stereo!

i bet i hit the gym more than most, twice a day. ill be back at work (and getbig) in an hour

im sure i find you here since youre the ones that dont train (and never post on the training board, where im a mod)

went home to bring my bag  forgot this morning, nice to sit down for a while before hitting the weights

no idea, but if i remember correctly he placed as high as 6th in mr olympia... looks huge in the video, strong guy too

i can picture myself walking around the gym with that blasting in my headphones, wearing a hood jacket, tight spandex shorts and army boots getting jacked up for the final set of 20 reps of squats!!!
