The Firehouse - favorite restaurant for bodybuilders?

We all know that Chic swears by the Firehouse, Cutler loves any Sushi restaurant but what is your goto place for a good bb quality dinner?

My favorite is Fuddrukkers.  I get the 2/3 pound Ostrich Burger with no bun and a side salad.  I tell them no oil or butter and they listen.  It is high in Protein, low fat and damn good tasting.

We dont have a Sizzler's here in Colorado but we do have a Fuddrucker's....great burgers

But if people do go to Oahu..they should check out I love Country Cafe (awesome food)...bodybuilder friendly food just like the Firehouse

The sizzler?  It is a chain.  They make a cheap cut of steak and have this salad buffet.  A friend of mine was a cook there and said that they get the lowest quality of beef and then use a "heat activated flavored enzyme" that adds a smokiness flavor and tenderizes the steak.  He said he never touched the food there.

mcdonalds is good. lots of calories for not so much money. since off-season goes on for years and years for the most of us, why would we care about a few months of dieting. the important thing here is to eat a lot of calories most of the year.

The best Restaurant for me is at home my wife is a very good cook has a wonderfull feeling for flavour (something I lack completly) she doesn't cook for me extremly offen but when she does it usually taste so good and I can be sure she ties in my diet.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Brazilian Steak houses...I love them...I have eaten at Texas de Brazil and Rodizio's here in Denver..they are both excellent and all you can eat too!!

nah i ordered from this place that does 2for1 really cheap but really well
