My favorite is Fuddrukkers. I get the 2/3 pound Ostrich Burger with no bun and a side salad. I tell them no oil or butter and they listen. It is high in Protein, low fat and damn good tasting.

The Keg in Canada. All meat and nothing but a good chop house. Killer steaks and prime rib.

My favorite? Longhorn Steakhouse has the Sierra Chicken. Two nicely seasoned 6 oz. chicken breasts and you can sub the rice pilaf for a sweet potato or veggies. The Renegade sirloin is good and the salmon kicks ass. Outback is nice of course. Basically any steakhouse just hold the butter and no fried or foods.
