in africa it's very hot, no need to store fat (energy) for the long winter. and for that matter, no need to store bodyfat to insulate for the cold = ripped to shreds. That's also why asians and whites (colder region people) store bodyfat all over their body, to insulate, whereas blacks and mexicans (in warmer climates) store fat only in their belly. Haven't you seen those fat mexican and black women with tiny arms and legs?

This post makes some sense. It's true that blacks tend to have lower bf levels when they are eating the same diets. But actually caucasians tend to store fat more on their belly and back. (I think to protect vital organs from the cold? Where blacks tend to store it more in the ass/legs.

Obesity is more a problem in minorities but i think that's more due to diet, which is usually better in richer (asian/white) groups. You also have more heart and artery problems in black people. Diet is a factor there, but also genetics.

Mexicans or what we think of as Mexicans which are really various Native American cultures mixed with European blood are from a completely different stock. They haven't lived in hot climates as long as Africans and that is why they don't have the same type of body fat levels as those of African descent and are generally much heavier.

I think that everyone here would agree that in most gym the Squat rack and leg equipment are usually free, except for a few guys that use them

and usually when they do it is mostly for 1/4 reps...and I think that goes across all races

Yep, this short stocky cat named Jardine (last name). We went to his house during fleet-week in Manhattan. That was in '94, my first time in a new york project. His mom made us the bomb bbq ox tails.
