Atlantic City: Craig Richardson getting screwed yet again!

Getting screwed yet again. Sure he's not ripped to the bone but his physique looks better and is better proportioned than just about anyone in the contest.




He kind of looks like Vic Martinez without the gut, with better calves, better shape and flow (and a good but not quite as good back):



His back's the only thing that needs improving and not that much.

You must be out of your mind man...  The guy has so much genetic potential.....  In my opinion, he sports some of the best set of wheel's anywhere...  great calves....quads are huge and seperated....tons of quad sweep too...   he's got a fully developed chest..upper/lower/inner...  he holds a bit of water on contest days...big woop... but he's alwasy ripped to shreds.  He just needs to bring his back up...mainly width and thickness... if he comes in and sports a fully developed back...and keeps that ity bity waist....  he will be a contender at any given show....

i agree- i think he looks very impressive. much moreso than ANY newcomer ive seen for some time.

Agreed,,,the quad sweep is insane !! :o I have said this a while ago, his body is much more balanced now than a couple of years ago when his quads were so big that were totally overpowering everything.. :o

he just has some work to do

I rember back when he competed at 175 in the NPC's. I wanted to look just like that, except for the gyno of course. His legs were more detailed back then.

won 2000 nats as lightheavy with gyno,was not 175 for some time then,u should have seen him as teenager unreal potential,ran up the latter pretty quick to pro.legs are excellent,back has improved big time compared to amateur days.

Arms look good, but I'd have to say Cormier has the best structure.  Just not ready for this or the last show.  Maybe he'll get the tricep fixed.  If he stays consistent for a year he could do some damage once again.
