So I signed up for a Capoeira class at the gym at work.

Now I'm not trying to be a cage fighter, but I have taken some martial arts in the past (No, I'm not an internet badass), and just wanted to see what it was like.

Let me tell you, for cardio, it was the bomb, and my legs ache from doing the "Jogo" where you move back and forth all of the time... It was pretty fun... It's like a 5 week thing, but if I actually like it, I may stick with it... It's definitely better than sitting on your ass playing World of Warcraft.

It was created by slaves of the 17th century they would make a circle play instruments.. It was a use of head butts leg sweeps..the Brazilians to it to the next level...not my thing but good for you... any cute slave girls in your class ;D

what is it not to hate? capoeira is as gay as aerobics.

usually consists of 10 blacks. 3-4 white women into blacks. and maybe a white fag who is misplaced.

my sister has been doing it for almost 8yrs now----------she's really into dance (Break dancing etc...) so she got into it when she was down in Brazil

its some really intense shit---------some serious athletes are into it.  the spins, flips and moves are incredible. its mind boggling how people pull that shit off
