So I signed up for a Capoeira class at the gym at work.
Now I'm not trying to be a cage fighter, but I have taken some martial arts in the past (No, I'm not an internet badass), and just wanted to see what it was like.
Let me tell you, for cardio, it was the bomb, and my legs ache from doing the "Jogo" where you move back and forth all of the time... It was pretty fun... It's like a 5 week thing, but if I actually like it, I may stick with it... It's definitely better than sitting on your ass playing World of Warcraft.
