yeah i do cardio 7 am tomorrow--i actually like the am cardio--i get addicted to it--great start to the day---my absolute biggest issue and possibly only issue is late night eating

I gave up trying to not eat at night, and just ate super clean during the day, trained hard and allowed for it - sensibly done. I smashed huge amounts of sugar free jello [10 cals a serving] and popsicles I made myself from sugar free drink mix [like 5 cals ea]. I'm from the tropics...hot as hell....so of course the cold things hit the spot. I also started drinking huge amounts of water at night, which made me get up at night, but at least it stopped me from eating

Try just working with your strengths, like since you are cool with cardio...focus on doing as much of that as you can, maybe double per day....and minimize the negatives, find very low cal things you can eat small amounts of at night, and eat super clean during the day.
