That's true.  I read somewhere that blacks were pissed because that noose thing was not considered a hate crime, which I think it should be frankly.  All racial ribbing aside, there are just some things you can't do anymore in society.

The kid that is still in jail is not a saint.  He had prior convictions of assault and some other stuff.  He would be headed to prison sooner or later anyway. fuck em.

what's crazy is i didn't get charged cause i did it after he stabbed my friend 2 times in the back, but now the guy that did the stabbing is saying he was defending his brother which my friend had held down over a pool table at the time, but wasn't harming him at that point...I'll keep you guy up to date after the 1st of oct. i hope this scum bag gets at least 5 years but i doubt it
