Rather than do it for account deletions, maybe there could be other sanctions? A one month ban on posting or banned from the Y for a month. Deleting your account is pretty harsh.

Doesn't make a lot of sense using pics that are more than a week or so old.

I dropped my Razr in my pool this summer and the camera hasn't worked since June. Nothing's changed in 5 months. I'm 8 pounds heavier now instead. There's no verifying Pumphard's pic, but I'm willing to bet my account on it regardless.
