His legs look bigger and better, that was one of the points that was holding him back.

Both set of pics were taken last week saturday (1 week out of Sta Susanna)
So yes, gym pics were indeed taken 3 hours after the pool pics.
You have a keen eye telling the difference in 3 hours of physique change, Ron!

Yes, last time I seen him was at Milos' gym before the 05' Ironman, he was doing an intense set of leg curls that proabably lasted 5 reps inbetween him talking on the cell phone for 10 minutes.
