I hadn't set foot in a gym for 5 years until like 6 months ago due to work etc (all in my training log along with my weak ass poundages

) But I have always been able to add muscle pretty fast and I do a bit of surfing and stuff that keeps me in shape. I guess I always just ate pretty well so the gains seemed to come back pretty well. I'm really looking to have a good shot at the MrGetBig next year, by then I think I should rock it

. This year I expect to get blown away but it's been good motivation
