I actually do deadlifts and squats but I noticed when looking at a workout vid that the X-man (freeman) doesn't do squats for legs.

They both inject huge amount of insulin and gh.  ::) JOJ does both (squats and dead lift) and doesn't have a gut.

who said the X-man doesnt squat and deadlift, maybe u havent been reading his trainning articles in MD ,
actually he does but with high repititions and he usually do them as  third or even forth excersise
