What would be the equivalent weight on the smith machine...

...versus the rack for seated shoulder/military press...Trying to get to 2 plates in the rack but do not want to try it until I can do the equivalent on the smith...Thanks...

Take off at least 50 pounds when calculating, or youll be sorry when you attempt with a barbell
