Not hopeless.
What I see missing is night time nutrients- essentially nine hours without protein. Simple to fix, take a plastic cup with 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese and a tablespoon of walnut oil mixed in. Keep it by the side of your bed. When you wake up during the night (if you do, otherwise set an alarm), eat it. You will have a slow dissolving protein source, made even slower by the oil, and some healthy testosterone buildiing oils. If you are more ambitious, have about 30 liver tabs, aminos and fish oils, pre counted out and ready to go with a quart of water.
