People tend to forget he's a convict with 2 arrests on his record....A lot of people are also still bitter from being robbed of their gym membership money a couple of years ago...

The IFBB cant wait for phil heath and dennis wolf to step up, so that after jay retires, they can give the olympia title to one of them instead of victor.

I would argue about the first paragraph

But the second,, come on now McNeal and glass will never get even close to Chad. They are good in training and contest prep. But chad is the best.

As for victor to win the O, I believe that MHP should pay hell of money to weider or get victor a contract by muscle tech and flex instead on MHP and MD.

Any how he should have won the 07 IMO

Didn't stop Vic for winning the Arnold Classic. Vic allready been awarded, year after year since he first entered Mr Olympia, going from 9th, 5th, 3rd and now 2nd place and with that they allready give him a lot of exposure, press and validation.

I agree with Alex, he will never be Mr Olympia. I said it here first. He can win the Arnold classic or whatever contests he enters, but not the Mr Olympia. Wolf should win it before he ever does.

Vic is overrated! I don't see anything special on him. Has a odd looking physique, looked MUCH better acouple of years ago and when he turned pro.

6 time Mr O Dorian Yates was locked up, has a record in the uk i believe, i think he spent 6 months in jail when he was 20, before he found bodybuilding he was apart of a gang called The SKINS that hated all that was not white, i dont believe he shares the same views today

Not widely known here IMO, therefore not as much of an issue for Yates, plus it happened when he was much younger. Not an apparently chronic issue like Vic.

Not only that, the fact is Vic never shows he's hungry enough-for this year's show he should've been able to take it to a new level in terms of either conditioning or size. He did neither.

the judging shows they had no problems awarding vic and giving him points. he was very close to win. third last year. fifth the year before. winner of arnold classic this year.

I posted on here Friday after pre-judging that Martinez would never win because he's a convicted felon. Won't happen. If Cutler, Jackson, Wolf and Anthony couldn't do the O next year because of injuries, Phil Heath would win it over Martinez.

EASY - He wouldn't come back unless he could be in best shape I reckon - Worst case scenario, he'd win the Australian. Best he'd win or be top 3 at the Ironman.

How many people has Weider robbed. He's not a "Trainer of Champions", and he makes noob's believe that with his patented magic protein powder, they too can look like a top bodybuilder in 6 months to a year.

Hell, if anything, Weider should reward Vic for "supposedly" walking in Joe's footsteps.
