Leg Training?

What day do you prefer to train legs, as it is the most taxing on the body,  I can not get a good grove going I always did monday since everyone is on the chest, but I want to switch it up, but end of the week you are maxed out so any suggestions?  And any good music you play on the way into the gym to get in the zone for a balls to the wall leg workout

I cannot go heavy on legs because I do farmers walks for cardio 4-5 times a day and there is no way you can farmerwalk with stiff legs forget that.
But personaly I don't care about all the "new" stuff, when I train legs it has to be Squats Squats Squats...

I find if you have a hard time finding motivation, for any body part, train it first in the week. That way, you will still have the drive to train the more fun body parts later in the week.
