Hey dudes,
Honestly this is one of the things that is hurting my workout routine! I'm officially asking for help because no matter how much I try...I cannot get out of bed before 8:30 am. I made myself a workout plan that consists of getting up at 6:00am about two mornings a week...one to go to the gym do legs and the other to get to a yoga class.
I havn't been able to get my a$$ out of my warm bed ANY morning and I'm really getting PO'd at myself. Do any of you have an suggestions? I'm probably staying up later than I should but my biological clock doesn't make me tired until like 11 or 12. HELP!?
