Mass4 Thanks for the good luck .....I know realize how important it is to STAY ON MY DIET!!! Especially if I gorge out during the offseason. I usually start as soon after the Cowboys last game of the season....but this year that may not be till February (oh pleez dear God) So I plan to start Jan, first and not go off till after the show...on paper my diet plan is good but then I add this or that .......I wirk for the Federal govt....that has way too many parties...so cakes here and there lunches at Mexican/Itallian places...my family begs me to come over for Sunday dinners (anyone know what us BLACKS eat at SUNDAY dinners??? see SOUL FOOD) But with all that I liked the way I looked at the 07 Cal regardless of what others say THAT's MY 07 BODY !!!! Its all good to me...but I'd love to shock all with an OVERALL PACKAGE !!!! Best of luck to all of you who dare compete...its fun and well worth the shot...so may say you are too small...too fat......too this too that but once you get to it YOUR A PLAYER AINT NO STOPPING THAT!!!!

You don't fucking use diuretics unless you can get below 8%. you're over 15%, no diuretic is going to change that (or your appearance). Step away from the any pharmaceuticals and muster some willpower to get below 10% BF. There are no short cuts here.
