question, how long goes it take to drop your bodyfat from 35+ to the 20s? seriously? from the pics that you posted I would estimate your BF in the 30s

and how do you know if you are gaining muscle? we can't see anything but thick coats of loose skin and fat

I am not trying to be mean..just trying to have you deal with reality

seriously, why would you get undressed infront of people in that condidtion...let alone go one stage

there are people that don't work out, don't care about what they eat, eat junk food, lay around all day and....never mind..have a good day

I have too much bodyfat to even be thinking about stepping on stage in front of people...I would like for people to take me seriously, but most of all not totally humiliate myself.

Yeah only one win vs No one but the overall winner missed my class by a pound the NPC official wouldn't let him go run it off....so he can kick my a....but to the victor spoils....it was a cool night and in 2006 i beat one person in the OC but some judges had me ahead of other guys...so that regmac isn't GREAT but he IS getting better.....and better!!!! 2008's WILL BE BETTER RJ

So Mass4 , what have you ever gotten FIRST PLACE for??? I got FIRST in my weight class in the collegiate division in a NPC show....what have YOU done that tops that?

Steele my major problem is OFFSEASON uuuhhh dieting I start my diet THINKING I'm gonna look like Munzer/Janvier/Darrem but then the weeks go by I sorta cheat off the diet once a week then once a day then once a meal then BAM end up looking like that SO I know now I can look better...so its always a step in progress....I still like those photos since they are ME! Mr. Collegiate Jr Cal Middleweight the last one ever!!!!!

? I used DIUREX !!!! All the water may have left my muscles and made me smoothe out..LOL's. I will only do the Cal till my ship comes in ...even if its in the Masters...
