Hi yall I recently joined GETBIG Forums after posts about me....not offended at all as that was one of the biggest nights for me ever.....but know my condition sucked to say the least....every year I diet best I can.....and do cardio every day...and since I started I HAVE added muscle and decreased as much Phat as possible for each show.....this year I HOPE to please all at the OC (4/19)as I know I will be in my best condition ever. I pretty much know what I SHOUD be eating and doing for contest prep but will only do what i can afford and have time to do ...as I work 9-5 and go to school(looks like I will always be in school since I am year from obtaining my bachelors and headed to MBA school soon after). I hope to meet all rather its positive or negative feedback...as I fear no one...and wish all the best...thanks and God Bless all.

Swoletrain....I am gunning to make the 176 class.....however I've been stuck at the 180lb limit....but I WILL LOOK BETTER THAN LAST YRS CAL!!!
