i once read somewhere that if yoy try to work that section of your body and you already have obvious love handles, it won't get id of them, but only make them bigger. i don't know if that's true, but i would just keep doing what u r doing, and just watch what u eat. at 20 years old, your testosterone and metabolism are in super overdrive, so you shouldn't find it too difficult to lose some of the love handles you got! i agree with the hanging led raises!
