30+yrs of Sheet Rock/ Painting and Pressuer washing will muck up shoulders...
HGH & Deca and light PT has helped w/ shoulder issues more that once for me.
But Dont beat up the shoulder just because the DEca is masking pain.
Specalise on legs etc for a couple months. ( I did that once when I broke a arm)
Tprop + Deca+ HGH & Physical Therapy.
Get the Dr to send you to a PT specialist, ask for it.
disagree, if he hurt his shoulder 4 months ago and is still not 100%, something is seriously wrong.
the specialist thing...agree, it is a must, but if he needs surgery on the joint, you can squat from now till the cows come home and the injury wont "fix" itself. using growth and deca is like putting a badaid on a gunshot victim.
if he is "hurt", i say lay off for a while...do leg work as suggested by trab
if youre "injured", thats a whole other can of worms
either way, youll never know until it is checked BY A DOCTOR
lay off the juice until you are well informed of what the problem is.
