Not the best things to take but it is better than nothing.
6-OXO is good to take during a cycle to stop Testerone changing to Estrogen, so it will stop bloat, bitch tits etc.
But you really need a SERM when you come of a cycle to get your hormones balanced and your testicles up to full speed again.

The only SERM I have used is proper Nolvadex (Kessars) which is OTC.
But it is very very cheap on the black market about half the price of the knock off supplement on the shelves.
Other than that there are legal supplements like HOT or REBOUND that are meant to work on multiple levels but I dont know just how good they are.
