HRT

I want to get on HRT. Should I go to a HRT clinic, an endocrinologist or a GP? Which do you guys recommend? I am just ending a cycle so my hormone levels should be at their lowest, so now is the time to go.

Depending on your insurance you may want to start with your GP & if they won't "help" you then move on from there.

gET SOME Blood work done when berry low Nat test  ;)
esp if Insh will cover it. Good luck w/ the "Traditional medical system'' givin what you want...
Eat clean for good lipids...
