KNEE POP

Doing squats last Thursday and felt a pop in my left knee on my last set. Not really any pain, but it still pops when I walk and very light swelling. Could it be a Meniscus tear. Will it heal on its own since it doesn't bother me too much? Thanks.

A meiscus tear usually locks your knee up and there is pain on the side of the knee so I dont think it is that

Saw my doc yesterday. She said it seems to be a small tendon tear. It may take a few weeks before I'm 100%. No more squats for a while.
