Flex admitted that both he and Kev used it alot, guess where Kev used his. Flex even said how he would inject it in a "T" formation on his delts. There was a dude who used to post on her his name was Testosterone, he said back in 2003 Kev used Esiclene, but people didn't listen to him and flamed him.

atleast esiclene is temporary and only blows your muscles up so much. glands swell or something like that dont remember.

Esiclene just inflames the muscle. Has to be timed right so it doesn't look messed up.

Esiclene can't be found anymore.

I remember a buddy of mine 10 yrs ago used esiclene in his calves, injected the night before a show saying it fely like his calves were ripping off the bone, the blew up nicely and within a week they were back to normal..

first they don't work the same way.  Drugs like Esiclene cause inflammation, a temporary swelling of the muscle.  A cc of the liquid can cause much more than 1 cc increase in size.   Synthol does not cause inflammation.  You're just injecting oil to add volume.  1cc of synthol causes 1 cc increase in size.   

as to why more people use synthol, perhaps because it's not a controlled substance.  It's not even a drug.  according to the label, it's for external use only!   but the only real use is injecting it, and injecting it can do a lot more damage than Esiclene.

You can get esiclene only in tablet form in some Euro countries. . .not the same name. .same drug name.

Synthol is usually a purified mct oil and some manufacturers put a small dose of AAS in it. . . synthol is not abused in PRO bodybuilding. . .just massive amounts of regular gear injected into the muscle that stretch the fascia and create a huge bolus/local swelling, making the muscle look big and full. 
If you have not done synthol, don't bother.  I am sure many here have seen at least one idiot that used it at some point and it makes the muscle look all distorted and fucked up, unlike injecting a boatload of an inflammatory aas like Propionate that gives a round, full look. . .
Check out the delts on many amateur as well as gym rats (many on this board) and you will see how it works. .they have no muscle anywhere but the inject site is round and defined. . .
