Rehband gear
« on: October 23, 2007, 05:53:51 PM »
Anyone here ever tried Rehband? I always saw the strognmen on TV wearing them and had no idea why they were any better than everything else. I just got the pants and knee sleeves and I have to say I will never buy anything else! I've had them for a couple weeks and used them during every workout since. At the end of a day of work I am stiff and tired but when I put these things on I feel brand new within minutes. They keep the muscles SO WARM I feel like I couldnt pull a muscle if I tried. This is also coming from a guy who hasnt ever worn any supportive gear outside of a belt and knee wraps. With these things I dont need knee wraps anymore. My hamstrings dont ever feel like they will cramp which has been a problem at times.

I just cant say enough about how well these things work for me! I would HIGHLY recommend that any heavy lifter get these and see what I mean. I will be getting the back belt and elbow support ASAP!

Yes. Had a pair of pants for years.

Haha, true.

You should give the Rehband pants a try though. Only downside is that you'll get soaking wet. They're that good.

Hahaha, I wish! Im just relieved that something works so well. I told my friend and my mother they need to get some knee sleeves just for when going running or for sports. The pants arent neccessary for everyone but I would suggest everything else they offer to anyone! The pants DO leave you soaked, haha.

Have you tried the back belt, Hedge? Just wondering how that would differ from your standard elastic, ribbed belt?

Absolutely! Depending on how badly and where you hurt it will decide the overall effectiveness. All I can say is this, they make my knees feel new again.

APT sells them, along with just about anything else lifting related you could think of.
