and i'm still left with the fine taste of a Costa Rican/Jewish/Italian 1984 vintage. not many cases of this particular brand have been produced so i feel lucky to have acquired such a combination. as i swirl my tongue around my mouth many flavors come to mind, including:
hints of salt
tangy notes with just a touch of citrus
an austere, steely bouquet that smacks an iron-sufficient diet
feel free to add to this thread regarding your own favorite vintages, either from recent times or days long past. i'd like to expand as much as possible on our vocabulary relating to the taste of Vino-gina, because i feel its a taste that has yet to aptly be deciphered.
