I know him really well and can tell you from PERSONAL experience, that he is a real "tool".
He is an over the hill guy in denial about middle age syndrome. Pathetic , really sad.

I measured them at the body wt I am now and in that pic (248 lbs / 112 kg) and they tape at legit
20.5" cold or 51 cm. I am 5' 9 1/2 "
I used small amounts of steroids from 83 -86 and quit useing them as I didn't see any future for me a pro bodybuilder and figured why risk it, ya know.I knew I lacked the genetics to be a top pro.
I will 49, on DEC 7, 2007 and am bigger and stronger now than 10 or 20 yrs ago and enjoy good health.
I do use Androgel, prescribed by my Doc to keep my testosterone levels in the ideal, no more, no less.
You can have a decent physique without steroids and don't need to live in the gym either.
Brief, hard consistant training with various hardcore machines ( like Hammer Strength) along with some free wt and cable moves are the key to it all.Like Bob Chic, I think that traditional benches and squats are a waste of time for most experienced bodybuilders.
