nope. thats at 267lbs at 6ft 2 after my back workout. heres the lat spread.. my left lat isnt out all the way in this pic because i had to time my camera phone but you can still see its pretty big and im NOT pumped in this picture...but ofcourse i am just 35% bodyfat with love handles and dont look anything near 265+lbs like the experts around here say
looks like you dont know what 35% bodyfat looks like because at 270lbs and 35% i would have to lose 81lbs to get to 5% bodyfat. I guess you can call that over 50lbs if you want, what about over 15lbs?whatever you want to call it i think its clear that you didnt know how much weight i would need to lose haha about 2 years ago ( i had a year off this last year )i was at 13% bodyfat and 214lbs in order for me to get into contest ready bodyfat levels i would have had to lose 20lbs at that point having me at a weight of 194.Now ur telling me since i started on AAS and insulin,working very hard and eating in an obvious surplus of calories that if i dieted down i would be at 189lbs losing a total of 5lbs of muscle/ factor in whatever water weight you think i would lose and have it be at the same amount of muscle? Highly Unlikely my sweet.more like I am around 20% bodyfat and dieted down i would be around 220lbs. and i nam saying 20% even though caliper tests have told me lower
maybe ur right ive never dieted down that low well just have to see hmm.. maybe i should diet down for a show and document it in a thread? ill call it.. making the long road to compete..
ok but i am only dieting with junk food and no drugs either.just sprinting and weight training. maybe some swimming.
